Excellent job! They worked with me because my trailer delivery was late. They were very respectful and helpful. They were prepared with hand trucks and even tools. They put my bed and giant dining room table together. They even connected my washer! I will definitely hire them again!

Star and Stripes were amazing! I hired them because they are veterans and they proved that they get the job done quickly, efficiently, courteously and as specified. I actually had them stay an extra hour at a reasonable price to load the entire POD so my sister and I did not have to do it. I wish they were going to be in Chicago to help me on the other end :). Do yourselves a favor and hire these guys first. It will make your move soooo much easier. Highly recommended.

Yes in the beginning I thought Stars and Stripes were great. That was before my items were unloaded which was 3 months later, March 22, 2017. What a DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I bought plenty of moving pads and also supplied extra thick quilts and blankets as well as shipping paper, tape, cardboard, dish liners, etc... The first piece of furniture I noticed damaged as it came off the trailer was my dining table, 2 big gashes out of it. Dining room chairs have scratches and gashes. My wife has a very expensive desk that was gave to her for her birthday that was purchased for over $1,800. It is scratched and has a huge gash on the top corner. We have a very expensive cherry bedroom suite that did not have any scratches on it and it has scratches and chips out of it. A chest is scratched on the upper side. The unloaders that also were hired by Hire a Helper said nothing was wrapped as they were removing the items from the trailer.. The unloaders also did some pretty crazy things like standing my cherry dresser on its end and turning it on the pavement with nothing under it. Totally scratched the legs and top of dresser. Several items were done this way. My wife saw them unload the furniture and stand the items on their side with nothing under the items and turn on the bare pavement. My brand new hardwood floor, not lamanent has scratches in it from not handling the furniture dolly properly. I am filing a claim against the unloaders as well. They were very unperfessional. Throwing things wherever. Yes I said throwing things. Not taking items where they were instructed. Christmas items were told to take to the basement. I have a garage full of items I now have to take to the basement. I took moving pads out and placed them on the pavement after my wife ask me to please put something down before everything we own is destroyed. I haven't even unpacked my breakable items yet. Three items that my wife unpacked were broke. One of her Precious Moment figurines, also a very costly figurine that was the last thing her mother gave her before her mother passed away was broken. I can honestly say we take pride in our posessions and have worked hard to have nice things and take very good care of them. In this one move the loaders and unloaders have done MORE damage than we ever have moving ourselves in the last 41 years we have been married.

Hi, I'm Jon Churchill, the owner, and logistics manager. I will contact you immediately after selecting our services to discuss and assist you through your entire moving endeavor. I will make sure you have everything you need to make your move is as safe, efficeitnt and worry-free as possible.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We contact each client when our crew is in direct route. You can expect to greet our uniformed, background and drug tested crew both fully prepared and punctual. Customer service and moving experience is our specialty, so we are prepared to efficacity solve and all problems.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have loaded/unloaded 1000s of PODS and Packrats. Over the last nearly 10 years we have made 1000s of local, intrastate and Interstate relocations. We make monthly trips from south Florida to New England and back to FL, moving high end antiues, furniture, small shipments, pets (we love your pet like our own), motorcycles and and cars, and since we are already making the tripo, can always help our customer get superior service at the most competitive price

What training do you provide your crew members?
Since Ive personally performed 1000s of moves, I've trained both of our field managers, and nearly every other member of our crew in the processes of pleasing our customers, and care of good. Most of our employees are veterans, so they are thoroughly versed in the principles of integrity, teamwork, attention to detail and superior work effort. Ongoing training ensures all movers are up to date on the latest and best moving equipment and techniques
