They showed two hours late after numerous phone calls on my part and the continuous times they promised me they'd be there in 15 minutes. I was on a strict time schedule and it reduced the time we had to load by 2 hours and we only had 4 to start before I needed to leave and catch a plane. They loaded for half an hour and then they quit and left, leaving me with items in the truck that I would have to unload all by myself. They have tempers and are unreliable and they throw stuff in the van. They grab boxes from anywhere, ignoring requests not to load boxes from a certain area. Horrible experience and I would avoid them at all costs. Then they went into the computer and canceled my request so that I couldn't rate them through the company where they were hired as then they would be fired by them.

They were late by an hour. Only three showed up when there was supposed to be four. No equipment, after being told they were bringing a hand truck. And one of the three smelled of alcohol.

Mr Williams and crew did fine unloading our 26 foot UHaul. While moving the rental van Mr Williams stated to my wife do not worry as I am a professional driver , Mr Williams damaged the front bumper hitting a tree. He did not tell anyone about this damage. My wife was not present as he moved the UHaul truck .While Mr Williams and company did our unloading . I was not present while the moving van was unloaded. I contacted Mr Williams in regards to the damaged bumper on the truck. he repeatedly promised to pay for the damage. After several attempts with no results , I feel Mr Williams Company is DISHONEST and would NOT recommend his service or services of Hire A Helper as they would do nothing to help me with recovery of the truck damages. Although the damage was minimal $275.00 Mr Williams self admitted to causing the damages and now will not accept the responsibility for payment of the damages. Charles Cole Hendersonville N. C.

Not only did they do a great job moving and handling our furniture, they adapted very nicely to our changing delivery schedule. They contacted us regularly to be sure all was going as planned, arrived on time to empty our Pack Rat container and completed the job an hour earlier than expected. We couldn't have been more satisfied with their service and attention to detail.
