The two movers who helped me worked very hard till job was complete. It was a difficult move they handled very well. They were careful and respectful. Followed policies of my building and got the job done without any breakages. And it rained the whole time. They did not complain.

They were late and had none of the proper tools. They were obviously tired from the previous job and asked to take a break . They were respectful, but I ended up having to rent another storage unit for items they couldn't fit in the pod. When they were leaving they tried to say they stayed longer than they had. I corrected them. Then a month later I get an email that I am being billed an additional 75.00, obviously for time they did not actually work. The next day I had to hire Two Men and a Truck to assist with moving the overflow items to storage and they were much more professional and did a much better job. I wouldn't use Chattanooga Moving and Delivery again, and I would not recommend them or the HireAHelper service either.
