Verbally confirmed the night before and did NOT show up on moving day. Left us in a terrible bind. No returned phone calls. Do not waste your time.

I initially requested 2 helpers, but after I saw all the stuff we had accumulated, I thought it would be more humane to use 4 helpers. There was no problem getting 2 more helpers and they were just great. They were just slightly late, but called and informed us when they would arrive.I thought that was very professional. They all worked very hard and were more than respectful. I certainly would use V.F.L. MOVING if I were thinking about moving again.

VFL Movers really got us out of a jam after our initial movers never showed up. Even though it was a short notice, two hard working young men (Michael and Matt) showed up within a few hours of calling Hire A Helper. They busted their hump, even though they had two previous unloads and a long drive. And 5 stars for Danielle at Hire A Helper for coordinating everything. They even paid the difference in price between the two moving companies! Always remember to tip your movers!

Two movers were very polite and professional, but they did take longer to load the truck than the previous time. Load job was fair, as I did have to reposition a few boxes that had fallen.

V.F.L. Moving was able to put a crew together on just one hour's notice to replace the crew of a different company that did not show up. The V.F.L. team worked hard and had my 16-ft. POD unloaded and furniture put in place in the amount of time allotted. I would recommend V.F.L. to any family or friends without hesitation.

Tony and Mathew were about 50 minutes late due to construction on I-40 in route to our house. No problem, but they finally got here about 9:50AM. Tony had forgotten his cell so had a bit of difficulty getting in touch with us to inform us of their lateness of arrival. They brought no tools nor dollies, nor furniture moving equipment of any kind. Luckily WE had those ! Both did a super job and were quick and very polite .. southern manners are very much appreciated. Tony seemed more in control and knew better what to do; Mathew was just a follower. He didn't seem to know quite how to pick up items and attempted to lift a Gentlemen's dresser by a "drawer handle" ... which of course broke in two. Not sure I can get replacement but my husband may be able to fix. He also attempted to pick up an antique wash stand/dressing table by the top edge and it pulled away from the base part. It can be re-glued but not happy with his lack of knowledge of picking up furniture. Overall they both did a great job and I would highly recommend them. They were fast, friendly and conscientious and respectful with our belongs, except for the two issues I mentioned above. They were nice "kids" ..

Last minute call after being stood up by Richard and Bronco. They were on it, and at our rural home in less than 2 hours. Polite, quick, careful, hard workers! Thank you for saving our necks for a reasonable price!!!
