The lead Sean was fantastic and worked very hard. The two people he brought with him did not do a very good job and caused significant damage to our floors in both spots, walls, and furniture. They were dragging heavy furniture across a wood floor and standing and sitting finished wood on concrete. They took well over an hour longer than they should have

John, Dwayne, and Jesse more than helped, they respectfully cared for the customer from start to finish! We had a grueling day in 94° heat, but they saw the job through to the end, encouraging one another and fully communicating expectations to our family so we could plan throughout the day! We SO appreciated their care in packing, loading, unloading AND ALL IN THE HEAT, that we wish EVERY moving experience could go so well!! I will start off by stating I appreciated that they were available at the last minute & were very communicative. But that is where the positives end. This ended up being my worst moving experience ever. The movers arrived reeking of marijuana. They moved quickly, but haphazardly, with complete disregard for my belongings. Rather than two people carrying bulky or awkward items, one would move it- one time dropping a hand-made coffee table, gashing & breaking off pieces of it & saying to me “it’s just a scratch, don’t worry about it.” Heavy items were stacked upon boxes labeled “very fragile” and needed a lot of encouragement to use the blankets provided (they do not provide any) to buffer furniture. When one mover learned we had a cover on the couches he decided to drag the couch rather than put it on a dolly. A mover took a smoke break in front of us while he was on the clock (& in a no smoking area). I almost canceled them after an hour - and regret that I didn’t. My belongings were moved into a storage unit - it will be months until I learn the impact they had and what survived. Also note - the team leader reported the damaged coffee table to the company when he called in as we were completed the job (submitting photos) & told me I should hear from them. I gave O’Sheas 24 hours to follow up with me before reaching out to them. My communications to them were unanswered. I would not recommend using this company in any way shape or manner.

These movers were not experienced professional movers things were broken and didn't finish loading the truck in two hours which I was told to expect they were slow and didn't appear to know what to do next I will not be using your moving service again

The job took 12 hours instead of 5 and the crew was fabulous the whole time. Very flexible, competent, and saw the job through to the end. They arrived on time, problem solved on ways to get big pieces of furniture through doors, and worked very hard all day, into the night. The handled all the items well. I am extremely grateful! Thanks!
