What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will call within 24 hours (normally 1 hr) of receiving your booking. In this call we will verify the details of your move and get additional details regarding the items we will be moving. Our goal is to provide the right crew for the right amount of time for each individual move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Moving day is always a time of high emotions for customers. We strive to make this day as painless as possible for all of our customers. During our initial contact we set up our arrival time. We will call or text (your choice) when we are on our way to your location. This provides you with the most up to date communication on the timing of your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Communication and packing are key. Moves tend to go easily the more prepared everyone is. During our initial call we will get as many details as possible for your move. If you realize that there is a large item that we didn't discuss on the initial call, send us a text to make sure we are prepared. Have as many items packed as possible, this way you can sit and relax while we do all the lifting.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle many different types of moves. Local, long distance, office, residential, roommates, even college attendees.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We know how stressful moving is. We have been in your position many times. Our favorite part about being a mover, is providing a service that takes your stress away.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each crew member receives mock hands-on training on how to load/unload, tie down, and manage a move before they are allowed on any job site.
