I used Krzysztof & Brian in early August for a move in New Haven. Despite hot weather and a move to a 3rd floor walk-up, they were professional and helpful throughout the day. They arrived on time and confirmed the reservation multiple times in advance.
As a grad student with cheap furniture, I was most concerned with the speed of the move, and had to be clear with them not to take too much time repacking the truck for a 2 block move.
Just be clear with your expectations. I would definitely recommend Krzysztof & Brian.
