They were on time. They worked very hard and were quick. (tip based on how hard they worked). They took care of the furniture......were done in about 2 hr 45 min. However, I was not please with the attitude of the one in charge. He kept telling me he knew what he was doing as he has been in business for 14 years....I tried to have him make some adjustments in how he was stacking the furniture. We had taken drawers out of the heavy furniture to make it easier, he did not give me a chance to fill the drawers back up. He wanted to put the tool box in first and did not like that I said no. He turned my secretary upside down on top of a desk restricting using that space for boxes. I feel he is a good thoughtful worker, but as this was the 5th pod I had on this move, and I loaded each one, that I know my stuff as to what fit. We hired helpers this time as we can no longer move heavy furniture. He would not place barriers(cardboard, or wood) between sections as again he said he has been doing this for 14 years.....We had to pay someone else to make adjustments to the Pod. Had no time to redo the whole pod....As the other 4 pod that we have had in last few months....there was never any movement or any breakage...I am not sure about this move...The gentleman in charge needs to realize that we as the owners of the belongings may have some important input and that we may be old but we do know what we are doing.......Again both workers were professional and worked real hard. I many not have been doing this for 14 years but I have done many moves in 52 years and never had any breakage or damage as yes I do know what I am doing.... I would use Motivated Military Movers again but I will not be put down again. I am old but not done yet....

5 stars only because I couldn't put 6. Incredibly professional, efficient, and experts at getting us organized and loaded into our POD for moving.
Arrived right on time, made sure all of our property was protected, and finished the job well before the allotted timeframe.
Could not recommend these guys more - thanks again for all of your help!! Will absolutely use again at our next move.

Job done perfectly. Had a small amount of room left and a lot of furniture to get in it. All I can say is they protected the furniture and very carefully was able to get everything in securely. I thought I was going to have to throw away some pieces of furniture. Would have been a waste. They got it all in and secured it. Highly recommend military movers as your first choice!

After booking a Move with Motivated Military Movers expect us to be here for you with any questions or concerns you have about your Move, From the first phone call, to booking us, to the end of your Move and after your Move we are here for you.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On Moving day MMM (Motivated Military Movers) will be ready to work/Move you in a safe, efficient and friendly manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If a Customer is looking to save the most money and time on their Move we recommend Customers have as many items packed into boxes as possible, have items distinguished and/or labeled of whats getting Moved and not getting Moved and remove any one last helpful tip is to remove loose items from cabinets (a small step that can save some money and time). These are all great recommendations and tips if you are looking to save the most money and time on your Move!
What types of moves have you handled?
MMM has a great deal of experience in all types of Moves, Everything from Local Residential Moves to Loading and Unloading Customers Pod/Trailers/Trucks that are Moving in or out of State, Additionally we have great experience with the following types of Moves: Small Business, large offices of corporations, long distance Moves in and out of the state of California, Foster Care Organizations; Moving their clients and non-profit organizations, Federal and State Moving Contracts and deliveries & Junk Hauling.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a Mover is doing a Professional Trade that is so beneficial to everyone; to the Customer in getting a excellent Move Service and to the Mover by giving a excellent Move Service.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All are Motivated Military Movers are trained before they go on their first job, they also work with experienced Movers/Supervisors on jobs and throughout their training.
