Do not ever hire this moving, during the job I did with this crew the head woman, April, stole 350 dollars cash out of my wallet. They have no integrity, work ethic, or drive. Very slow and need breaks in order to work at a very low rate. If you want slow workers so you can spend twice the money, these are the people for you. I hope HireAHelper nane them from being able to work through them in the future. I have video footage of her stealing the money from me and filed a report with the police.

I was a little surprised that the crew of two included a tiny woman, but April is incredibly strong and knows what she's doing.

Showed up on time and even called first to check the best time in the 1 hour window the website provides. Job was pretty simple but it did involve getting a 300 pound refrigerator sized wine cooler into the house and down a flight of stairs, so it took some planning and a lot of strength. They got the job done.

Great service! Showed up right on time and they moved my things up to my apartment super fast. They were able to unload my UBox in about an hour. Couldn't have been an easier or more pleasant experience. I would definitely reccomend Starr Care!

They were amazing and so good at dismantling a bookshelf that would not have fit in the truck otherwise, and they put it back to gether just as easily when it took my husband
and I hours to put it together in the first place!! They were friendly, polite and prompt.Woudl definitely recommend them and hire them again. April has a top knotch team.

April and her crew came on time, got to work right away and loaded the truck efficiently and thoughtfully to fit all the stuff in. They paid close attention to directions and were respectful of the items. Nothing was damaged in the loading process.
Drew saw a problem as a challenge to be overcome and used his experience to find solutions. Kaleb worked diligently.
This is a family owned business. April comes in and treats the customer as family too. She aims to understand your needs and sets high expectations for herself and her crew.
