Helpers were due at 1000. I got a call at 0945 saying they'd be at my home at 1015 - they showed up at 1100. They spent (and charged me for) three hours, but likely spend 30 - 60 minutes discussing details (one seemed to be training the other at my expense). They had to take the front door off the house to get the fridge out; the door wasn't replaced properly and doesn't close properly as a result. :O( I was renting that place, so that'll cost me. The workers that showed are very nice people: that should not be confused with the fact that maybe they are in the wrong business...

Mover's response:
Customer had us move additional stuff that was not specified for the job which add additional time than planned, but we were happy to help. Not all items were packed and ready which was part of the specified plan. In addtion we had to move and disassemble the refrigerator door and the front door to the transfer the refrigerator to the truck. As part of our procedure we asked the customer to review our job and nothing else was mentioned. Customer was satisfied and never mentioned issues.
