The movers were four hours late. They explained that they had car trouble and actually took the bus to my house, which I give them bonus points for! Still, I missed an entire day of work, which was not what I had planned for. I expected employees with equipment to help them with the move. Due to the car trouble, they had no equipment. The movers loaded almost all of my things in the allotted time, but I think could have benefited from a hand cart or something to move the boxes and heavy objects more efficiently. The person I spoke to on the phone before the move also promised moving blankets I would be able to purchase if needed. Since there were none at the time of the move, I had to scrounge for blankets and towels, etc. that had not been packed yet and really did not have enough or the right things. The move went fine in the end, but before using this company, I would call and see whether they've got their transportation up an running again.

I brought my belongings that had been in storage over the past 5 years to our new house. I hired Budget movers to do the job on this end.
Jeff communicated well with me and had his guys there at the time we discussed. They did a good job unloading my truck and getting my belongings organized in the garage.
The stuff that went into the house they were very careful not to beat up or hit the door jams and walls. I would use them again if needed.

Arrange furniture helped my wife rearrange furniture and then helped my wife arriange the furniture agian. On time reasonable rates would use them agian if needed

Had 2 helpers for 2 hours. They were on time, professional, friendly and did a great job packing all of our stuff into our moving pod. They had appropriate moving rollers and equipment. Even the movers who unpacked our stuff complimented how well everything was placed and padded. Would definitely recommend!
