Overall Coast 2 Coast was good. We paid for 2 movers with a 26ft truck for a 1 bedroom move. The movers were supposed to arrive between 9a - 10a and at about 10:10a we called coast 2 coast to find out where they were. They were running late and stuck in traffic. They finally arrived at 10:50a. I found it annoying that we had to call to see where they were. The movers were great but had not been informed of any correspondence I had had with Rachel regarding what was being moved, the best place to park the truck because we live on a one way street and that I had asked for garment boxes for our hanging clothes. It took them 3 hours to load the truck which seemed long. They worked hard but it took forever for them to take the bed apart. We ended up having to pay for 2 extra hours of work which we were not expecting. I think the workers were great but I guess I am comparing them to our cross country movers when we moved from NYC to LA - who were much faster. For our next move we will probably try someone else. They were adequate but not amazing.
