Late to show up to the job. Took furniture apart and left the hardware all over the floor. They did not bring plastic wrap or furniture dolly's as indicated. Did not load everything properly into my PODS container so it had to be taken back out and re-arranged. Scratched up and banged up every single piece of my brand new Master Bedroom set. And loaded all dressers without the drawers in them and would not let my wife put them back in the dressers to try and save some space. Worst service ever and would not even recommend them to be on this site or in business. Don't do it.

Tino and Help Services did an outstanding job of packing up our items in the truck. The previous movers were asking me how to pack the truck and Tino and his crews fixed the previous team’s screw-up and packed up all the remaining items in around 4 hours. I would definitely recommend Tino and his crew for any local move or pack out.

Tino and his team are true professionals! Keenan and Mike arrived early and after a quick walk-thru sketched out a plan of attack and went to work. These two men packed a 16ft Pod-Like container quickly and efficiently right before my eyes. It was like watching a giant game of Tetris! Whereas I only expected need their help for two hours, I requested that they stay for two more once I recognized how well they work. In the end, Tino called to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. T&HR Movers need to open up a shop down in Florida -- TODAY! to Summarize: bang of my buck; quick, safe and efficient; professional and polite.

they were an hour late after I called them and they had no idea that I was on their schedule, I noticed some minor damage to the furniture also. I would not really recommend them.

My family and I had been planning to move from Williamsburg Virginia to Ohio for several months. In mid February, I scheduled an appointment with another moving company (A Change of Place Movers) to be there at 10am on March 5th (moving day).
When 10am on 3/5 hit, I had a 24ft truck in the driveway and everything ready to go, but no one from "A Change of Place Movers" was there. When I called to see if they were running behind schedule, I was told they didn't have it on there schedule, and were on another job. I was a bit frustrated as I'd had 2 phone conversations with them and sent a detailed email regarding what was in the house to be moved.
I immediately reached back out to "hireahelper" and let them know of the situation. With the clock ticking, they were able to line me up with Tino and Help Services. Tino and his crew were just finishing up a job in Virginia Beach, and then came up to Williamsburg afterward for me. I thought for sure they'd be a bit sluggish due to already loading one truck, but they came in like all-stars ready to get down to business.
People say that everything happens for a reason, and I'm on-board with that this time. Tino and his crew were the best movers I could have asked for. They were responsible, organized, and extremely hard working- They didn't stop going until the truck was loaded and I was ready to leave.
On the way to Ohio, with the roads in the condition that they are due to this crazy winter, I thought for sure I'd have several broken / damaged items, but again, as a testimate to Tino and Help Services expertise, not one single item was broken, scratched, or shifted in the move - absolutly amazing to me!!
Bottom line - They did an outstanding job and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

Tino and Keenan were able to respond with 1 days notice. They arrived early and took time to look at the job and discuss what my expectations were. They were well prepared with all the necessary equipment and went to work. Their attention to detail and care for our belongings was remarkable. They packed the POD with 2x more goods than I imagined possible. They made certain that each item was carefully wrapped and positioned in the POD to minimize shifting in transit. I will use them again and strongly recommend them to others. Job well done!!

The four lead by Tino did a great job. Once they arrived they stayed with the job until it was completed.
They were very careful inside the house to not bang the walls and took very good care of the furniture and boxes.
I would hire Tino and his team again and recommend there service to others.
