The guys were great! I used them to unload my furniture from a uhaul trailer into my house, and they were extremely friendly and efficient! I would definitely use them again.

They arrived hours late, were not careful in how they handled my furniture and caused damage on pieces that cannot be replaced, despite my repeatedly requests that they be careful. I am devastated. And on top of it, they were rude. I wish I could go back and time and chose someone else.

4-5 appointment that I had given a credit card for the driver decided not to come because the lady that booked the appointment got the phone number wrong and nobody answered when they called. I did call 4 minutes after they sent an e-mail but that wasn't until after 5 and they didn't show up until after 6PM. When they did arrive the crew leader had quite the bad attitude. I paid for 2 hours and 4 workers so I planned on having them help with moving a few more items but the crew leader made it very clear he was only doing what was on the paper so I ended up paying for two hours but only got less than an hours work so I feel quite ripped off. Additionally their moving skills are lacking and they ended up ruining the stand they did move beyond repair. The fact that they showed up in a DC Landscapers truck should have been a hint as to what kind of moving skills they would have.

Jamail and the gentleman who accompanied him did an excellent and efficient job of unloading our moving truck. They worked quickly, were very careful with our belongings, and completed the job much more quickly than we had anticipated. Most of all, we appreciated being able to schedule them with just less than 24 hours notice! We highly recommend them, and would definitely use them again.

Prompt communications prior to moving day. Arrived 10 minutes early and were ready to go. Worked hard without any complaints, even though my move required them to walk across a long walkway and 2 flights of stairs both ways. Took good care of my stuff and arranged them securely in my rental truck. Gave good suggestions on how to pack a few last-minute items. At the last hour, they proactively sped up to make sure the job finished within my requested time limit. Very courteous the whole time. I would definitely use them again.

Super accommodating when we got stuck in traffic and were 2 hours late. He still showed up and was extremely helpful in getting us unloaded very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Moving is stressful enough when it goes as expected. This was unbelievably stressful. Our truck was cancelled, necessitating a reschedule. Our truck was again cancelled less than 24 hours before the move and we ended up with a 16 instead of a 24 foot truck. This was not the mover's fault. Nor was it ours.
Our movers were scheduled to arrive between 10 and 11 am. Jamall strung us along for 4 hours and 45 minutes saying he'd be an hour, then 30 minutes and so on. When I said that he was impacting my schedule Jamal replied that it happens, just like when I rescheduled.
Jamall seemed to have a good understanding of how to move furniture, but his crew didn't and when he wasn't explicitly instruction them, they ran into walls, damaging paint and leaving rubs on some of the furniture.
Because Budget had substituted a smaller moving van than we had ordered, they were unable to pack the whole house. They finished packing the truck in 3 hours instead of the 4 we hired them for. Instead of working that extra hour bringing things from the house into the garage, Jamall told my husband that we were making him late for his next job. This when he was still under contract with us for another hour. Jamall then refused to leave until he was paid.
I believe that he double booked, and strung us along for 4 1/2 hours. It was unprofessional and uncalled for to compare our having to reschedule the move due to the truck rental falling through to him being hours late.
We had to hire another company to help us move the items left throughout the house up to the garage so that we could pack the second rental truck a week later.
This was a horrible experience, compounded by Jamall and Mega Movers.
So, if you want a company who will show up very late, leave early and blame you, hire these guys.
