The loaders placed an upright freezer that was not supposed to be moved in the back of my box. To make matters worst they didn’t ask or take out the food that was in the freezer. Who does that?

DO NOT HIRE. They do not have a plan for someone calling in sick. We are literally in a pandemic and they don't have a plan or someone on-call? The communication I received also was poor because at first they said they were working on a replacement and then I had to call them back over an hour later for them to tell me that they MIGHT be able to get someone out there in a few hours. I cancelled them on the spot and moved myself with my partner (both of us are recovering from injuries and purposefully invested in movers to avoid putting this stress on our bodies). They might be great when they show up, but do not risk giving your business to someone who doesn't manage their business well with contingency plans.

The helpers arrived on time. They were friendly and very hard working. I was at first leary of using an online service but the company and helpers were very professional and responsive. I had to move quickly and local providers were unable to assist. Hires helper was a life saver!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a friendly call from Mark within 24 hours to confirm details of your move and to ensure you are well prepared.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our crew will call you at least an hour prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we will conduct a walk through to assess furniture and boxes in your house, then we will begin carefully loading or unloading into your truck, storage container, or home. We will wrap all large items and assemble or disassemble as needed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prepared you are, the quicker and smoother the move will go. Make sure before our crew arrives, to have everything packed and ready to go. For labor only (one way move), make sure to rent or buy furniture pads or blankets as they will not be provided by us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle all types of moves including local, long distance, full moves, office moves, deliveries, and labor services.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
There are many benefits however our crew really enjoys that we get to travel to new places and meet new people each and every day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members are background checked and vetted for physical strength and endurance. Each new crew member goes through a thorough training program to ensure that our company always provides safe, fast, and a stress-free move every time.
