They were on hour late, they worked slower than I expected and the third "helper" they brought seemed sick and hardly did any work. They took close to a 45 minute lunch break but still charged me for the extra time. They were respectful with my property but I will not use them again.

The movers were great, they worked hard and were very concerned with my sister's things. The woman that dealt with me on the phone was attentive to the instructions that i gave. She called and made sure that I knew exactly when the movers would be there. I would definitely recommend them.

The movers I had from Swiftway Sevices did an excellent job! They came early and were ready to work. They were very friendly and polite.
I'm usually a hands-on kind of person but, they assured me I could relax because they were there and would take care of everything. I stepped back and let them do their thing.
They did a really great job. They were very considerate about asking where the furniture and boxes needed to be placed. If I wasn't sure, they'd give me a moment or two to think about it.
It was a totally stress-free experience. The guys were great and I wouldn't mind going out to lunch with them. That's how pleasant they were. I would definitely recommend Swiftway Services!!

Overall I would say that we were pleased with what were provided with. The two men we requested arrived 30 minutes in to the one hour window we were given; however, they did not come equipped with the two dollies and four-wheeled furniture mover as I had requested and paid for. When I asked them why they didn't bring it they said they were never told to. This is after I spoke with the dispatcher the previous day to confirm ETA and equipment they would bring. For the next four hours they worked tirelessly to help us pack our truck. They traveled with me to my storage unit and then back to our apartment to finish the job. They kept a positive attitude the entire afternoon. While they were a huge help in moving us out of our apartment they did not know how to properly load our moving truck as to maximize the space. So we ended up having them bring our stuff to the truck and we would load it.

We hired two workers and a 16ft truck from Swiftway Services for help loading and unloading furniture for an in-town move. It was an usually hot summer day, and the helpers had come from another job that same day, but they were efficient and completed the entire move in the estimated time (4 hours). They did a particularly nice job of packing the truck, making room for everything, protecting each piece in furniture blankets, and tying everything down securely, even though it was a short drive. During the unload, they nicked the wall corners and door frames a few times, but the damage was limited to the walls-- the furniture itself was unharmed. Throughout the job, the helpers were courteous and professional.

The two guys that was provided to me were the most helpful I've had do a job for me. For what its worth they are under paid. I would have those two guys work for me any day. They were very professional, courtous, earily, well manner and strong.

The Swiftway crew were outstanding. Toured the house before hand to get an idea of what we had. Worked at a study pace, asked me questions throughout the process.
We have a very large treadmill that was a bear to move, put in the truck and put back in our new place. The guys handled extremely well, even hooking it up again and ensuring it was in the right place.
Took apart bed frames and put them back together. We completed a move of a 3 bedroom house to another place 70 miles away, loading and unloading in 9 hours.
It was nice to finish everything in one day.
