I had 2 helpers. Both were on time and courteous. They were very respectful of our stuff and we had no issues or broken items. I appreciate the contact they kept with me before the move too. They are well within budget which is good because moving is expensive.

This is the most optimistic rating i can give them. Hired them to load a Upack trailer, they were quick but the job was as shabby as it could be. There was plenty of wasted space while arranging stuff in the trailer even after we brought to their notice that every extra feet of space is chargeable. Neither were they listening to our suggestions/request nor were they themselves trained enough to handle the job well. After they left, me and my wife spent 2 more hours arranging and stacking the inventory that they “just dumped” in the trailer and we could efficiently fit it all in a much limited space. Besides that, while rearranging inventory we also noticed that many furniture pieces were not wrapped properly in blankets and a couple of boxes were tearing aready. So in short we not just ended up spending money on them but also breaking our backs...what was the whole point of hiring then anyway!

Don’t waste your money. They’re not particularly expensive but they are unfortunately aren’t background checked and that will be for a reason. They were constantly swearing in front of my grandchildren and complaining that everything was heavy. They should be drug tested as they were suspiciously out of it. They have badly damaged the stairs on my brand new house, I have called hire a helper and Crothers about the damage and they aren’t interested so do yourself a favor and don’t go near them.

They called and requested to start the job early, which turned out to be a good thing. They were not prepared for the job as only two of the requested three movers showed up. They did not bring any water or drinks with them for the job so they requested drinks multiple times and since we have literally only been at the house for a couple hours we did not have anything to give them. One of them left to get drinks during the job. They did work hard but ended up costing me more since they didn't have enough movers for the job. On the bright side they were respectful and polite during the time they were there. I ended up having to help them at the end to finish the job and stop the bill from increasing more.

Jenny and Chris did an excellent job. They are a curtious pair that work well together to get the job done in timely manner. I’d highly recommend them for any moving job for they will not disappoint.

Chris and Phoenix moved me on Tuesday in 95• weather. They worked 4 long, hot hours. They came back on Wednesday to unload a POD, on an equally hot day. The POD had the heavy, bulky furniture. Brad also worked on wed.
They worked every minute of the time allotted. They NEVER complained about anything! They put furniture together, and even moved it several times because I changed my mind. They were courteous, kind, and more than efficient! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a mover!! In the future, I won’t use anyone else!!
