I didn’t have a good experience at all. First they didn’t bring a dolly even though I already had a conversation with the manager and he said he would bring one. Had to wait for that and then when it came time to moving they were slow, inefficient, and talked. There was no urgency or game plan to pack the pod. We could have fit everything it in but couldn’t since it was poorly packed. One of the movers scratched our restoration hardware night stands and also complained about his back. He was more concerned about wrapping the items then moving them. Even though we told them it was fine and had plenty of moving blankets. Overall it was a bad experience and won’t be renewing your services.

What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed an average of 1,500 moves a year for the past 10+ years! We have done small moves, such as moving furniture from one room to a garage to have floors cleaned, to 1,000's of apartments, 1,000's of homes, local and long distance to every one of the 48 Continental United States. We have even moved an entire college in 4 days!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
