What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Once you book your move with Mark’s, your dedicated Project Manager (PM) will coordinate all aspects of your move. Your PM is a ‘One Point of Contact’ and will know and understand all aspects of your move. You will be able to communicate with your PM via e- mail, mobile and office phone should the need arise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Your Project Manager (PM) will have communicated with you the day prior to provide you with a time that our moving team will be at your location. Your moving crew will be on time and ready to perform the requested work. The movers will be professional in their dress and in their interaction with you and with each other. There will be a crew chief who will be responsible for the movers and will coordinate for a smooth and efficient move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should make sure that driveways are clear of vehicles. Steps and paths should be free of debris, snow, and ice. Customers should make sure everything that needed to be packed is ready for the movers to begin to move upon their arrival. If parking permit(s) are needed for on street parking, the signage should be placed properly the evening before your move date.
What types of moves have you handled?
Mark’s Moving & Storage handles local, long distance and international residential and corporate moves. Air freight, container shipments, fire and flood remediation, packouts, disposal, as well as furniture donation are all part of the services offered.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew members, drivers and helpers, are professional movers and have passed an extensive background check. Our drivers are randomly drug tested throughout the year. Mark’s has a zero tolerance policy regarding drug and alcohol use.
