We hired Dependable Movers to help us unload a POD storage container, which was full to the brim with boxes and many heavy furniture pieces. They showed up on time and got the job done lightning-fast, even with several large pieces going to the basement. The whole container was empty in under 2 hours. They were careful and professional; I recommend them.

They did a remarkable job of efficiently packing a truck that I rented that was probably a bit too small for what I had. They got it all packed in record time, carefully and respectfully. They were outstanding.

I was disappointed with the service. I paid for two hours of moving labor help. I had informed them that the condo was upstairs and needed help especially with the heavy furniture, etc. One of the guys saw the full garage and said he didn’t think they could do it all in two hours. So, I asked that they focus on the furniture and if the time ran out my kids and I could take care of the lighter things. At the one hour mark, one of the guys said they needed to leave as they had another job. This didn’t make sense as again, I paid for two hours. I explained this and he began getting frustrated saying that I said I would do the rest myself. I explained that I paid for them to work for two hours and would really appreciate them doing as much as they could to help for the remaining hour. After another half hour once I saw the one guy was not any happier about being there - and I honestly didn’t want to deal with the attitude, I told them they could leave, tipped them and dealt with the rest myself (still have things to get upstairs two days later) I’m not sure what the issue was, their supervisor sounded awesome over the phone but the one worker was just not willing to do the job he was hired to do.

Jordan was able to cope with my rescheduling requests TWICE, as I made my way from Massachusetts to Colorado. He showed up with Ty & Lamont, & turned the unload into an efficient, no-tears operation. Jordan is a master of stack-this-here and slot-that-there, & was able to get all my CRAP loaded into the storage locker, with room to spare. They finished well ahead of time, & we even had a few actual laughs - how often can you say *that* when you’re moving your entire life? I would hire Jordan & Dependable Movers again in a hot second!

We used them twice while we moved to a new construction project. One crew moved us from our old apartment into a storage unit and another crew moved us from the storage unit to the new apartment. Communication was excellent and both crews were prompt, efficient, and careful. We highly recommend this company.

Gentlemen arrived and went straight to work. Loaded the truck in a manner that indicated immediately the were beyond capable of loading, securing and ensuring that everything from the front of the truck to rear was in the best place for security.
