This Mover called day before our move to confirm time (so a great start that would not last). Day of move, mover would not answer my call after not showing up on time. I called multiple times and then called HireaHelper to have them contact him directly. He answered their call and said he would show in 15 minutes. When I tried to call mover back he would ignore my calls repeatedly (I just wanted confirmation he was on his way as he kept stating). After several attempts to reach mover and 3 hours passed deadline I tried calling from another phone line and he answered. He then promised he would show in 15 minutes. 90 minutes later( no over 4.5hrs late) and multiple promises he still didn’t show. We missed our close date on the house and overall this was the worst experience possible. Very immature, irresponsible moving company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
