Mark was unprofessional, ignored my specific instructions for several pieces that are very dear to me. He has no idea how to pack, he didn’t care to assess all the items, having wasted a good 25% of the truck space. We had to load our one ton ourselves because he was rude and uncooperative and ran out of room. (My husband and I are close to 70 and having to load was very difficult.)They scratched my wood floors because they wouldn’t use the lift belts I requested. They barely covered the furniture taping the blankets with the tape directly onto the wood, which I think is now damaged. I have a family heirloom piece of furniture that is thus marred. I have photos of the damage. I have moved numerous times in the USA as well as internationally and have never seen such incompetence.
I do want to compliment Tyrece (sp), the helper, who was incredibly polite and helpful.

This has been the worst, sadly.

What’s my recourse for the damages?

The 2 person crew were on time. (They had rescheduled my initial reservation, since PODS did not deliver my container on the initial scheduled day. I really appreciated that.) The gentleman worked hard on a hot day.! They were responsible and respectful. Thankyou so much!

They called 15 min before arriving. Worked efficiently. Were mindful of my suggestions for strapping and covering items. I would definitely use them again. I did use another service previously their minimum was 3 workers which I didn't need. So hire a helper was a better value for my job.
