I communicate with Precision Move on they Website and on my cell phone and also keeping touch by texting. The Owner was very experienced in what he was doing. He contacted me the night before the unloading. we communication while I was on my way to the Storage Facility. The two young men arrive right the same I shown up at the Storage Facility. Precision Moves did an Extraordinary Job of unloading my personal household goods into a Storage Facility. The two young men who move my furniture into the facility worked through a down pouring of rain. They handle and stored all my furniture neatly into my storage unit. I do appreciate Precision Move. Thank you so very much! I would recommend Precision Move to anyone who are looking for Professional Movers.

They showed up an hour late, damaged some of my furniture, and I couldn't get everything on the truck because they lacked experience to load it more efficiently. They were very young and needed more supervision than I could give.

Workers worked extremely hard but they were young kids with little moving/truck loading experience, In addition I paid for loading dolly and furniture dolly but they said they never bring any equipment. I know my stuff will be damaged when I unpack the PODS, I would not use this company again but I would hire the workers to work for me. They had no experienced oversight. Very disappointing.

2 men arrived looked in our truck and were overwhelmed picked through what they were to unload we carried more upstairs than they did my jewelry box was knocked over and they made no attempt to clean it up one of the men only stayed 2 hours what ended up being a one job day ended up being two and the company charged me for an extra hour when I paid for three would not recommend them.one of the men also took his shoes off to work.

The guys were there well within the time window and got right to work and worked hard, nearly non-stop and put in the extra half hour without a word of complaint. They were not merely respectful, they were exceptionally friendly and personable and treated our stuff as if it were their own, maybe better.
