What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Quality Control Transport provide timely, attentive, and upbeat services to our customers. While making sure all needs are met and exceeding the expectations.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Quality Control Transport will contact you prior to your scheduled appointment before showing up. Upon arrival we will briefly prepare a written inventory of your items, assessing each item's condition. After inventory is completed the movers will start loading the moving truck. Each item will be pad wrapped and taken from the residence to the truck. Once everything is unloaded from the truck at the new location, we will do a walk through with the customer making sure your satisfied. Then process payment.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure any items that you don't want loaded is clearly set aside from the items that are to be loaded into the truck. Quality Control Transport will take care of the rest!
