Harry and Chris arrived on time and ready to work. Harry called us to let us know they were on their way a short time before arriving. They had their masks on. Harry asked pertinent questions and surveyed the items to be moved, before working with us on a plan. This only took a few minutes, but it told me they were thoughtful about how they were going to safely load our furniture and make the most of the time we had allotted, and showed their desire to help us save our money. They were friendly, respectful, and carefully moved all the items we needed moved. They were polite, and kept busy the whole time, working conscientiously. They finished on time, and the process worked very smoothly.

We used our pickup truck and an attached 4 x 8" trailer, so this was not quite as easy as loading a container or box truck. They used blankets we provided, and our straps to secure the loads. It took more than one trip. The new location was only about 5 minutes away. So Harry thought it would be better and save time and money to make several trips, rather than to have to try to finesse all the items together in one trip. We definitely agreed.

They had to carry everything up to the third floor on steep steps, and the stairway was somewhat narrow toward the top, and there were several turns. They navigated all that and everything arrived safely.

One of our items was too large to fit up the stairway, but I think that was our fault for not measuring properly before hand. He said that had never happened before. Sorry, guys! I didn't realize the narrowness of the stairway...I was going by my memory, and I had looked at the apartment about a month before. (The move was delayed partly due to the pandemic.) They were very good about trying and kept calm. They took it back for us and set it back up again, with no problems. (We have not sold our house yet, so that worked for us, but I would recommend that anyone measure carefully any large items ahead of time and make a plan for how to get it into it's new location. That could have saved a lot of time and effort. This was a large entertainment center that came apart in two sections, but with the turns in the stairway, I think it was just not possible. The movers tried their best to accommodate us even so.)

We were so thankful to have their help! We could have never done this move without them! We would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will not hesitate to use them again! Thanks Harry and Chris!

The miscommunication on time was handled perfectly by Brandon in that he provided an extra mover at no cost to me. They are pleasant, friendly and hardworking in 90°+ heat! I would highly recommend them!

Let me just start off by saying wow what a great job Rodney and his partner did Loading up the 26 foot truck. They did a great job organizing everything and they were just very easy to work with. I honestly wish they could come down to North Carolina and unload the truck just as good as they loaded the truck. I would honestly recommend hiring these two gentlemen for any future move as they made it look very easy and within the two hour time limit got a whole townhome with four bedrooms loaded very conveniently. Thank you both for the hard work.

Tyrek and his 2 helpers did an amazing job for us. They unloaded our pod (split it between a truck and storage), and then took the truckload to our apartment and unpacked and delivered it to us.
The guys were very considerate and packed and unpacked everything with total skill.
I recommend them for any move.

They were on time, efficient, and friendly. They completed my move in half the expected time. The only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is because the broke a plate and a cup, and they scratched two book shelves and our TV stand. The TV stand was especially frustrating because they didn't move it; it was already in our new home and they scraped it with a dolly.

These movers were amazing!! I would use them again and recommend them to everyone! They were on time, understanding about moving truck arrival delays, and worked extremely hard to finish the job quickly and efficiently. They listened to all my instructions and didn't damage or scratch a single thing. The moving truck was packed beautifully. If you want to have a stress free move, hire these guys!! The guys from Moving Minions were awesome. They were on time, worked quickly, and took care of our furniture in how they packed and unloaded it. Rodney James was professional and accommodating. I will definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them.

These guys were flexible on the day, when due to a hitch in me picking up a truck, so they came back later.
They packed the truck extremely well, they were polite, orderly and gentle with my things, and did the job in the requested time.

I'd had a day when a number of people had been abrupt on the phone, and this guy was friendly and helpful.

I used this company twice in a row for loading a two trip move. They arrived on time, worked extremely hard, and were respectful and careful with all my belongings. I would use this company again and would suggest them to anyone!
