Excellent job wrapping furniture. Would have given top rating except that they ran out of time and did not tie the items on the backs of the unit and I'm concerned about shifting of items in transit. Very respectful, kind, and cooperative!!

They were on time and arrived with a truck full of any needed material and equipment. Friendly, courteous and willing to go above and beyond. Most importantly, all 3 workers were experienced in moving and packing. Whether it was a triple dresser or just a kitchen stool they were careful of the article and woodwork. Watching them wrap many pieces I was confident that any jostling during transportation would not damage my furniture. I have absolutely no reservations about hiring them to unpack my Pods.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They work slow, over-charge you for the extra time, did damage to several of our items, lost a few things, and did not bring all the items to our new house. When we complained, we got the following response:
"HireAHelper is a moving broker that allows you to purchase moving services at a discounted rate. As you are very much aware, since you called our office to get our direct pricing, our pricing is much higher than what you paid through hire-a-helper. If you worked with us directly, although you would have paid a higher prices, you would have been covered under our valuation policy. Unfortunately by going with a reduced price through a broker comes a different type of relationship between DN Van Lines and the consumer.
In your case DN Van Lines was operating as the Agent of Hire-a-Helper. The move was done on their bill of lading (paperwork) and they were the company that collected and dictated payment. As you can imagine a significant percentage of what you paid is kept by them. We have no margin in order to take care of damages if they were ever to occur and are not legally obligated to do so when working under this structure. HireAHelper understands this and includes on the bottom of their bill of lading a statement that covers damages, "By signing you agree that all services listed were performed to a level of satisfaction that warrants release of payment to the helper subsequently releasing all liabilry from HireAHelper.com and the helper.""

Hugo and Sergio were awesome! No complaints, joked around, and got the job done quickly. Highly recommend DN Van Lines to anyone thinking about moving. They saved me a lot of stress.

I was pleased with the crew who did my move on 6/1. They did forget one item I asked them to bring (a deck umbrella), but other than that, they were careful and even did some heavy lifting not on the original request. They were easy to work with.
