While they were pleasant and tried to be accomodating, they packed all our belongings in haphazardly. We originally did not have enough pads and ties downs. Instead of waiting a few extra minutes for us to get more, items packed (ie large and more expensive furniture was damaged. Some irreplaceable items also got broken even when padded heavily. This was our first large move and despite all research and planning, we still came up short.
In hindsight, a better customer service tatic would have been to call us the night before to inquire the status of our supplies, etc.
Overall, the service was courteous, and staff were on time.
