Ryan was awesome. He was very responsive and flexible with changes to our start time and had an enthusiastic and positive attitude. Hector was also wonderful to work with. He was friendly and easy going. Both guys had great attitudes, a fun sense of humor and were hard working. They emptied our truck in less than two hours and made it seem easy.

David and Eric were terrific unloading the moving van today! They arrived with a great attitude and were so caring and helpful for the entire time they worked. It was a very large job but they pushed through cheerfully, making sure to take care with our possessions. They were on time and prepared. Some of my stuff got pretty banged up, but the really expensive stuff made the trip undamaged for the most part. I have a small wood table that was placed sideways on the street and sidewalk, badly damaging the finish. I worked with them, so we were done really fast. I think there is a bit of misunderstanding between hire-a-helper and the moving companies. The hours and people allotted for my move were based on my move being from one apartment to another apartment, so not a lot of stuff. But someone at Q's Moving called and said I had too much stuff and too many stairs so the move would probably last 6 hours and need 3 men. I think they need to sort out that aspect a bit better because my budget was based on the 2+ hours estimated by Hire-a-Helper. Being told it could be as many as 6 hours was discouraging and frustrating.

Excellent! So friendly and fast

On the first day one was late but informed me he would be late. The other three did not show up until 2.5 hours later. Not a fan of the 1 hour window- i needed them specifically at call time as i had to schedule truck at a certain slot and did not have anyone to help unload freight but me. Defeated the purpose. After discussion with help, and the others showed up they were great! Hard workers and very courteous,

Boy, what hard working men came to load the container. Jose’s knowledge and ability to fit items into the pod was amazing. He worked tirelessly to get all my crazy gardening material packed in. Jay was great at keeping the boxes and whatnot available to be stowed. Great people loaded the container at my house.

Guido and his crew are amazing. Came on time and completed entire job just in time. Amazing work ethics and very customer focused. He will be my number 1 choice and very highly recommended.

Danny and Sebastian did a fantastic job for me. They had great communication, arrived on time and got right to work. They loaded 10 big pieces of furniture, filled in the gaps with boxes and bins. Made sure everything was wrapped and secured and were done in under two hours. Very pleased with their service.

They communicated well from the moment they were hired to the end of the job. They had all the materials they needed to move the furniture as safely as possible. They took great care of the items that were moved and how they were put into our storage space. And they did everything quickly and efficiently. They did an amazing job. It was 2 people that helped me and they made sure to fit everything in the truck. They were on time and prepared to work to get the stuff on the truck in a timely manner. They took care of my things and made to to pack the truck to make sure that things were not moving around during my drive to Florida. I would definitely use them again!!

The crew from SimpleMoves called to say they would be 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. The crew was very thorough in emptying the POD that held most of the 'stuff' from our basement. They were most considerate of property and possessions. The crew worked fast and hard. I had no issues with their efforts.

The team was very careful with my furniture and especially with my 4' Golden Pathos plant. I would happily use them as movers again, snd recommend them. Thank you!
