We stay in touch with you every step of the way, from booking to job completion. We are a small, family owned and operated company, so we communicate effectively and often.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We offer ONLY the highest quality moving experience possible. You have enough to worry about when it comes to moving, you shouldn't have to worry about your movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The more prepared you can be for move day, the faster and more efficiently our crews can complete your move. Please have as much as possible boxed up, with box lids closed flat and sealed, top and bottom, with tape. Too many items sticking out the tops of boxes makes it difficult to efficiently load trucks, which takes longer to complete moves and adds additional space.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have performed just about every type of move possible. We specialize in local and long distance household goods moves (so our typical client is moving from house A to house B). We also do office and commercial moves, corporate relocations and college moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part is meeting new people on every job, and being able to ease the moving process for them. Typically customers are stressed and frantic on move day, it's nice to be able to show them, pretty quickly upon arrival, that we are professionals and have their best interests at heart.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Each crew member receives hands-on training from our owner, personally, because he expects nothing but a 5 star moving experience on every job. All crew members are trained to pad and protect EVERY piece of furniture possible. We also maintain a standard of excellence when it comes to not damaging walls or floors while in the process of moving items into or out of residences. We do this by providing flooring and door jam protection on every move we service.
