Showed up right on time. I had a very packed cargo van, and they unloaded everything easily and efficiently within the 2 hour time frame. Very friendly as well! Would recommend!!
On the first day one was late but informed me he would be late. The other three did not show up until 2.5 hours later. Not a fan of the 1 hour window- i needed them specifically at call time as i had to schedule truck at a certain slot and did not have anyone to help unload freight but me. Defeated the purpose. After discussion with help, and the others showed up they were great! Hard workers and very courteous,
Two awesome gentlemen helped pack the moving truck which was to small for all my belongings. Daniel and I can't remember the other gentleman's name both very respectful. Daniel said we can get most of your belongings in this truck I didn't really believe him, but they packed that truck with just about everything! I was amazed and super happy!!! Great job guys!!!

They communicated well from the moment they were hired to the end of the job. They had all the materials they needed to move the furniture as safely as possible. They took great care of the items that were moved and how they were put into our storage space. And they did everything quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again for future moving jobs!
The team at Zip-to-Zip moving company was an absolute pleasure to work with. The preparation before the move was smooth and timely. On moving day, Guram and the team who helped us was amazing. They arrived on time, came prepared, worked very efficiently and careful with all our possessions. Before using any additional materials (that will incur fee) they made sure to check with us and if we agree with the extra fee. We will recommend them to anyone who needs moving labor help any day! Courteous, worked hard. My only critique is that they didn't have tools or packing equipment with them to take furniture apart or rap items that were more fragile. I had stuff so it worked out.
Thomas and the other gentleman were suburb. They always checked the items prior to unloading the container to ensure all was good. They were careful, fast, and organized. I highly recommend ASAP Movers.

Raheem and Keith were amazing. They were very professional, careful and organized. Got all our stuff into our 5th floor walk up in just under 4 hours - if you have a similar situation I’d recommend a third person though.

The crew from SimpleMoves called to say they would be 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. The crew was very thorough in emptying the POD that held most of the 'stuff' from our basement. They were most considerate of property and possessions. The crew worked fast and hard. I had no issues with their efforts.
Very friendly and professional. Communication was good. I would recommend them. However, please make sure that they use the furniture blankets provided, as they did not with my load, and they put clearly marked heavy boxes on top of fragile ones. Now I have damaged furniture that needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, this was all pointed out to me when the unloaders came and opened the truck.
