The guys showed up on time and ready to move the items and to pack them neatly in the POD. They wrap everything and were very careful too. they guys were polite, neat and from the timw they walked through the door, these guys were non-stop. I would highly recommand this company and the guys that they have working for them.

Wonderful job...I had to pay $330 to hire a helper for the extra 2 hrs time. Regardless of the job, their attitude is always a problem. They demanded $210 extra with no proper justification and also asking for additional tip. Since I was about to pay $50 tip for each person including the owner. i.e. $150 total I decided to pay $210 flat. No additional tips. Nonetheless, you end up 50% more than the original booking price costing my move $1300 Lessons learned...always try to book for half of the price that you are willing to pay .that way you don't feel ripped off at the end leaving smiles on both parties. :)) happy moving.

Arrived early. Ready to go. Very pleasant and hard working. Took very good care of the furniture and belongings. They were done in half the time of the appointment. Would definitely recommend. A+++++

They communicated well from the moment they were hired to the end of the job. They had all the materials they needed to move the furniture as safely as possible. They took great care of the items that were moved and how they were put into our storage space. And they did everything quickly and efficiently. The crew from SimpleMoves called to say they would be 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. The crew was very thorough in emptying the POD that held most of the 'stuff' from our basement. They were most considerate of property and possessions. The crew worked fast and hard. I had no issues with their efforts.

The two men crew arrived on time They beat the rain The move went quickly and smoothly with no accidents incidents injuries or damage to property So yes I would recommend them with a five star rating.

Was on time and very professional. They walk through asking what is needed to be done and discuss with you the plan they have to get things done efficiently and safely. They call ahead and discuss things with you. Make sure you have “old “ blankets and sheet/ towels for wrapping up furniture. Discuss the stacking and packing while being down to get the most out of your space.
