Charles, George and Caleb couldn’t have made this move any easier. Charles in particular helped make sure I had exactly the right number of movers and orchestrated the entire move seamlessly. You could tell they really had our best interest at heart, I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

They were on time and prepared. Some of my stuff got pretty banged up, but the really expensive stuff made the trip undamaged for the most part. I have a small wood table that was placed sideways on the street and sidewalk, badly damaging the finish. I worked with them, so we were done really fast. I think there is a bit of misunderstanding between hire-a-helper and the moving companies. The hours and people allotted for my move were based on my move being from one apartment to another apartment, so not a lot of stuff. But someone at Q's Moving called and said I had too much stuff and too many stairs so the move would probably last 6 hours and need 3 men. I think they need to sort out that aspect a bit better because my budget was based on the 2+ hours estimated by Hire-a-Helper. Being told it could be as many as 6 hours was discouraging and frustrating.

On the first day one was late but informed me he would be late. The other three did not show up until 2.5 hours later. Not a fan of the 1 hour window- i needed them specifically at call time as i had to schedule truck at a certain slot and did not have anyone to help unload freight but me. Defeated the purpose. After discussion with help, and the others showed up they were great! Hard workers and very courteous,

Two awesome gentlemen helped pack the moving truck which was to small for all my belongings. Daniel and I can't remember the other gentleman's name both very respectful. Daniel said we can get most of your belongings in this truck I didn't really believe him, but they packed that truck with just about everything! I was amazed and super happy!!! Great job guys!!!

Just want to thank Harry and Elvis for making the experience stress free. Asked if they thought everything would fit. They said yes and rest is history lol. Easy to talk to and very respectful towards us and our belongings I would highly recommend .

This crew was fantastic, professional in every way. I would use them for any move related job.

Wonderful job...I had to pay $330 to hire a helper for the extra 2 hrs time. Regardless of the job, their attitude is always a problem. They demanded $210 extra with no proper justification and also asking for additional tip. Since I was about to pay $50 tip for each person including the owner. i.e. $150 total I decided to pay $210 flat. No additional tips. Nonetheless, you end up 50% more than the original booking price costing my move $1300 Lessons learned...always try to book for half of the price that you are willing to pay .that way you don't feel ripped off at the end leaving smiles on both parties. :)) happy moving.

Musa and his team did a wonderful job. Even though I was almost late to meeting my arrival window, they made the best of their time and got all my stuff unpacked in a very efficient and thorough manner. The crew was respectful and very easy to coordinate with. I will be booking directly with them next time.

They communicated well from the moment they were hired to the end of the job. They had all the materials they needed to move the furniture as safely as possible. They took great care of the items that were moved and how they were put into our storage space. And they did everything quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use them again for future moving jobs!

The team at Zip-to-Zip moving company was an absolute pleasure to work with. The preparation before the move was smooth and timely. On moving day, Guram and the team who helped us was amazing. They arrived on time, came prepared, worked very efficiently and careful with all our possessions. Before using any additional materials (that will incur fee) they made sure to check with us and if we agree with the extra fee. We will recommend them to anyone who needs moving labor help any day! The crew from SimpleMoves called to say they would be 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. The crew was very thorough in emptying the POD that held most of the 'stuff' from our basement. They were most considerate of property and possessions. The crew worked fast and hard. I had no issues with their efforts.

On time, worked hard, accepted guidance as to where I wanted items placed in the truck, friendly.

Professional. Efficient. Careful. Kind. Would use Al and his crew again and would recommend them to anyone. We packed upack trailer on the front end of the move, but we ran out of steam to unload on the back end. They scheduled within a few days notice and unloaded our 28’ trailer in half a day with a crew of three. Save your back and go with the pros.

Tony and John were efficient, personable and did an amazing job! I plan to hire them again for the next part of my move.

On time and very polite. I had more than what could be fit into the pod but David and Oscar did all they could to maximize the space and got most of what I had into the pod.

Was on time and very professional. They walk through asking what is needed to be done and discuss with you the plan they have to get things done efficiently and safely. They call ahead and discuss things with you. Make sure you have “old “ blankets and sheet/ towels for wrapping up furniture. Discuss the stacking and packing while being down to get the most out of your space.
