THERE WAS NO THOUGHT ABOUT HOW TO LOAD, THE INSTRUCTIONS WE ON THE WALL TO SHOW HOW TO LOAD .
IT WAS DUPPOSED TO TAKE A GOOD 2 PODS,PLUS WELL IT DID THAT WE FILLED A 3 CAR GARAGE MAKING IT A 1 CAR GARAGE!

Much of the issue was with PODS who told me that all my stuff would fit into a 16' container. However, they loaded the things I told them to load last first and then told me to prioritize what was left when the container was 3/4 full. The items left were the items I needed to have moved. The items loaded first were the lightest items including a cheap set of bookshelves that I believe were broken when they were put in. They could not get my sofa out of the room it was in, so it did not get moved. In attempting to do this the banister on the stairs was removed, without asking my permission. I am now having to pay a contractor to repair and paint the walls in the stairs from the gouges left in the wall. I will be shocked in the furniture that has been in the family for generations arrives without damage because I kept having to tell them to protect it with the sheets and comforters I provided to protect these items. I know at one point I saw 3 paper boxes (which are made to hold 50 pounds of paper) were placed on top of my two ottomans. I didn't say anything because whenever I pointed out what needed to be the opposite was done, as shown with not protecting my furniture. Sadly, using them has probably ended up costing me 3 times what I paid them by having to come behind them to clean up their mess. No I would not use them again!

Definitely recommend them. They came in time, loaded my furniture in the truck in less than 2 hours despite the heavy rain, and were very careful and professional.

I voiced my concerned that the two men would be able to lift my mechanical bed frame - they appeared to be small lean guys - however, they did load everything with little trouble.
I am a little concern about the "loading" process. Not sure that my homegoods will arrive in the same condition that they were - brand new to new. I'll see in a month or so when I move into my new home.
Josh and Michael were kind and professional.
They were on time;
They were not equipped for the job (did not have any padded covers for the furniture and no tools to use of their own)
They were respectful of my property. - however, did not seem to plan well for the arrangements of the items. Such as the wall art/mirrors were last to go in and they are literally at the container's wall door; so when I go to open the door to unload the wall art/mirrors may be broken/or damaged and/or fall out as the door is opened.
Not sure if I would use them again.

In any move there are variables that come into play. How those are addressed will help guide a successful project through the bumps in the road.
My experience with Reliable Movers was started due to another mover not answering their phone to coordinate the previously agreed to start time. Needless to say I was in a huge bind for getting the move started. Reliable Movers and Lee was the answer in a VERY frustrating situation the same day.
Thank you to Lee, Ben, Dell, Jimmie and Mike for sticking with me and geting our family moved to our new home.
