They accepted a project to begin between 9 and 10. They did not show up until 11:20. This created issues with our schedule to get items in the house. Once there the two individuals, John and Josh were great to work with. They did a great job.

Mover's response:

I'm so sorry that we couldn't make it on time. As soon as we knew that we'd be late we called and we worked extra hard once we arrived to get you finished over an hour early. Nothing was damaged and at worst you were all unloaded 20 minutes later! We do our best to be on time. Unfortunately there are times when things happen beyond my control. We appreciate your business. These guys worked their fannies off and they were very concientious. Definitely a good bet. Good hard working guys. Good communication and follow up. Did exactly what they said they would do. I bought them lunch and tipped them.

The movers were running a little late, but called to let me know. As soon as they arrived they went to work and worked very quickly. They got our things loaded, moved, and unloaded in way under three hours. They were friendly and were nice to my dog, which is a big plus for me! I would hire them again.

Nice people on the phone, but they never showed up. Not only that, but frequent attempts to contact them were met with a phony voice mail that indicated they were on the line with another customer. When we eventually got to someone they said they would be there around 6:30 p.m. when they should have been there between 4 and 5 pm. At 9:15 p.m. they called a 2nd time to say they would not be able to make it at all. We had to uload a whole truck with a household full of stuff ourselves. Let the buyer beware.

Mr. Randell, our last call to you was to let you know that we were on our way and you stated that you didn't need us. I am sorry that we were not able to make it at the time that you chose when you placed your order on-line. We already had other customers booked and sometimes it takes longer than expected to care for the customers. We completed 582 jobs last year alone and there has never been a customer that can state we didn't show up! Over 90% of the time we're on time. We are not perfect.

Well to begin with, they were supposed to show up between 3-4pm. After many phone calls to Ernest they finally showed up at 6:15. The movers were great and I have nothing to complain about there. They got the job done in 45 minutes and were offering to help with anything. After much discussion, Ernest and I had an agreement for a reasonable discount due to the lateness. Needless to say I never received a check in the mail for my discount. I called and reminded him several times and he had even told me it sent. Then he goes a step further by saying he will send a confirmation # to track the check by mail. Did I ever get it? No. I even texted him daily for about 4 days straight. Nothing. Obviously Ernest fell asleep during lecture on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel sorry for anyone that may have to go through what I did.

Reliable movers were supposed to show up between 8:00 and 8:30 AM and didn't show up until 12:45. That is my biggest complaint. Apparently the manager triple booked the movers. The three guys that showed up were very polite and did an excellent job. Nothing was broken when we arrived at our destination. If it hadn't been for the man scheduling the job, it would have been a perfect move.

They did show up very late, but once they arrived they worked hard and did a great job. They were both courteous and careful. If you have a move in your future, these folks are great.
