I just wanted to thank you guys for such an outstanding service. I am a customer service trainer for a big corporation, and I know that my expectations are higher than most customers. These guys called me within ten minutes of putting in the order, were courteous, and definitely went out of their way to meet and exceed my expectations. I was not actually at the site to witness their work, but I had no worries about it, simply because of their clear lines of communication and thorough investigation of the situation. There was a problem with my storage people, but they actually worked it out for me without even been asked. Also, I was afraid that not everything in my storage will fit the loading containers, but they loaded them in so neatly and in a very organized manner that they all fit! They went above and beyond their duties, and I am very satisfied with their work. Thank you guys! Should I need any moving help again I will definitely hire them, and will recommend them for anyone.

Mr. Gomez and his helper, Luis, were extremely professional, efficient, and helpful in moving my household goods into the U-Haul truck. This was no easy task, as I had over 3,000 pounds in heavy book boxes from my library, which had to be carried individually down a flight of stairs. I was impressed with their stamina, technique, and commitment to doing quality work in every way. I provided a time line for staying within my budget, and they matched that perfectly, with all goods (boxes and furniture) loaded and packed in the truck with precision and care.
In summary, I feel that they did an excellent job under trying circumstances (stairs, heavy boxes, large furniture), and would definitely hire them again for similar work.
