My movers arrived 1.5 hours later than scheduled. One mover was a hustler while the other was very sluggish. One mover wasted an hour disassembling a bed that didn't need to be disassembled while he could've been moving larger items. When I asked them to move a piano, they wasted more time contacting the company to get clearance only to find out it was additional $250 to move. I was very upset this wasn't a question asked during my intake so I could've prepared an alternative. I am a single mom with 2 young boys and not much large furniture. The company quoted me 2 movers for 4 hours and once their time was up I still had an entire trailer full of furniture and boxes to move that took myself and 2 family/friends another 1.5 hours. It was not the experience I had hoped for and it cost me nearly $1000 for only 4 hours of work. I will never recommend this service or company to another person.

This is my second time using this service and I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was such a hot day, but the two young men worked quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be hiring them again.

Outstanding job! Extremely polite and professional. I’m on the third floor and this was a difficult move but they did it in no time. Very careful with the furniture and mindful of my preferences. I’ll definitely call them again for my next move!
