REALLY extraordinary move! We had 3 PODS storage containers to unload over two days - 4100 sq. ft. of house to unload into a three-level townhome of approximately 2800 sq.ft.
Initially, when PODS rescheduled our delivery, Affinity was really nice about accommodating the change in schedule.
We had 2 movers two days for 3 hours - Edward and Levi on Saturday, and Edward again with William on Sunday. They showed up early, went right to work, and worked steadily and cheerfully. In their six hours they unloaded 3 PODS full of BIG pieces, including antiques, up and down the stairs without scratching the furniture or leaving one mark on the custom paint or one scratch on the new hardwood floors. AMAZING!
After all that, there was a mix-up with the authorization codes, and again, Affinity worked with us calmly and professionally to clear it up.
This was our third move in 6 years, and it was by far the smoothest, AND the least expensive!
Use these guys if you really value performance and professionalism. No fuss, no muss. We'll be calling them when it's time to move again.

I was really impressed by the help Affinity movers provided us for our move. They showed up on time and quickly completed loading the truck and unloading it at the new location. They were courteous and were of tremendous help as the apartment that we were vacating was on the 4th floor and our building did not have an elevator. I would definitely recommend these folks.

I was disappointed in Affinity Moving for two reasons - they were 1 hour late in showing up for the start time - My understanding was that I contracted for two strong men to unload big, heavy, expensive furniture - they showed up with one man and two girls (one age 19-20 the other age 24-25) neither girl was capable of moving the big, heavy pieces and anything that was fairly heavy was in danger of being damaged - the 3 person crew was very pleasant and hard working - just not capable of what I contracted them to do - a moving company should NEVER send someone (male or female) to move furniture if that person does not have the strength to lift, carry, manuever, and handle someones valuable possessions with care - it was not a good situation -

FABULOUS! William and Jay arrived a few minutes early and stayed to the bitter end. They were great and we would not hesitate to use them again. William has an amazing eye and was able to fit all of our stuff into the truck in the most amazing way. We couldn't have done it without them.
