The movers did a good job. However they were late because they went to the wrong storage place. Other than that, they were friendly and very professional. I would use them again.

They were short one worker due to illness but the two that came were hard workers, in fact they were amazing and got the job done in record time with no damage at all to any property. I would absolutely use them again!

They were scheduled to arrive between 9:00 and 10:00. Confirmed 9:30 the night before. At 9:50, they call. Running late and stopping for breakfast. They arrive but “forgot their tools.” The leader, Michael was stumped at how to disassemble a bedframe. We did it ourselves. He was overbearing, pushy, and wouldn’t listen to his workers nor us about how to move the largest item. He would have caused damage to furniture and ceiling if I had not strongly intervened. Then he pretended that he had the same idea all along. He also insisted on explaining what he was doing in trying to optimize the space in the container. I didn’t need a lesson in geometry nor a manual on best packing practices. I just needed a job done. His two workers were great. He was not. I would not use him again.

I wanted to leave feedback for my future customers to see in regards to this review that was left by one of my customers... This Job had an arrival time between 9 - 10am and we arrived at 9: 50am on time within the arrival window... The largest item was a 7-ft tall armoire, and my first thought was to tip it vertically to see if it would tip without hitting the ceiling... After realizing initially by tipping the armoire that it would in fact hit the ceiling, I suggested that we tip it down sideways so it wouldn't hit the ceiling to prevent damages... During that process the customer expressed his opinions at that point, and I informed him we would in fact try a different tipping method, and we successfully moved the (1) piece solid wood armoire to the container without any damages whatsoever... And during the course of this load, it had rained hard on numerous occasions, and it was at that time that we as a crew decided to wrap and shrink wrap the wooden items to make sure that they were properly protected before we loaded them into the 16 foot POD... This job was booked for (2) helpers (3) hours and ended up taking (4) hours to complete due to the fact that there what's about 90% furniture and only 10 boxes and 6 plastic bins, which made it a difficult load in order to have everything fit properly... We spent allot of time blanketing and shrink wrapping all of the wooden furniture items to ensure no damages...

For us to give a confirmation call before the start time to let the customer know that we are on our way, and arrive on time and handle items with care, while preventing any damages in the process...

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Just communicate with me on the initial call and express details concerning the job so that we can come up with a proper game plan, every job is similar, but yet different then the next...

What types of moves have you handled?

We have done it all over the last 12 years... Loads, unloads, load/unload, full service moves, long distance moves, box trucks, freight trucks, POD's and all other storage containers...

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Relieving the customers stress and performing at a high level while displaying problem solving skills...

What training do you provide your crew members?

I think the best training is on the job training, following my lead and example... I (Michael/owner/operater/lead guy) take pride in have very high standards in regards to getting things done in a timely manner with no damages and the crew being safe and aware of our surroundings throughout the process of completion...
