They were 2 hours late putting us behind on picking up trailer to haul behind truck. When went to get trailer after truck loaded but Uhaul was closed putting us a day behind schedule, which caused a domino effect of missing scheduled appointments and missing an additional day of work.
Did not load the items on truck in order as asked had to totally unload truck to get to the items that needed to be taken off first that were going to a different residence. So had to hire more help at destination due to the loading order. Complained about heaviness of piano before even lifting it and they had men to move piano whereas in CA only 2 did the job. Asked to stay and finish loading 3 more items but was told time up and was going over by putting recliner on truck. I informed at beginning of job may need to add additional time as the online app said could add more time if needed.
The two helpers were cordial, but lead was complained.
I would not use again.
Apartment was roach infested with roaches all over child's room, on and under beds, on and under sofa seat cushions...everywhere! Crew and I had to work and inhale poison the entire time with customer even spraying poison on furniture and us as we carried it to truck! Shipment was loaded as directed and customer verified that it was good before we left! Piano was a upright concert grand going down 2 narrow stairways, and yes they are heavy! This will be the last shipment my company will accept when conditions are a health risk! Customer may have inhaled too much RAID! just saying!

They were running over a bit on a previous job but totally compensated for it. These guys were very respectful of walls etc getting my boxes and things out of the house. Even showed me a couple of tricks for wrapping things!!

Showed up with 3 when I paid for 4 and damaged my furniture. The claims are terrible and they wont refund my payment. BUYER BEWARE! DONT BE SCAMMED LIKE ME.
In my 38 years in relocations and logistics, I have never seen such a filthy residence! it was deplorable! I should have refused taking the job as soon as I entered into the home! I offered to have my furniture repair person come out to address any issues the customer had, but she refused!

Only one of the employees showed up. He was very nice and professional but was not able to get extra help which meant I had to help unload. My daughter's fiance also helped and we finished the job with time to spare. I hired the company so that I would not have to unload the POD. Needless to say I would not recommend hiring this company. The worker who showed up has his own company and I would hire him in a heartbeat.
My foreman who came out does not have his own company, if he did, he would have brought someone with him! Thank you again

I just moved into a three bedroom apartment on the third floor. Hired two movers to help me unload my truck and haul up the stairs. Absolutely worth every penny. Will always use in the future.

A bit tardy which can test anxious movers with deadlines but they were kind, efficient and respectable of my property and goods. I highly recommend and would use them again.
