My Helpers showed up on time and were very professional. Worked extra hard and were very helpful in loading the container and protecting the items. Brought everything they needed to complete the job.
I plan on using them again to fill another container and to unload the containers when I arrive at my new home. These guys were FANTASTIC!!

These guys are great fast hard working and did not break anything, Plus our newly painted walls were left perfect. All though they were late they kept me informed and did a great job in under the allotted time.

Had a good move with these guys. They were on time, nice, and professional. They didn't damage anything and listened when I offered preferences for how they moved/carried things. They went over the allotted time but were fine about it.
Only downside is that they charge by the hour, so if you go even a little over the hour they will try to charge you for the full hour.
Other than that a positive experience.

Anthony and Dylan worked diligently and moved my entire Pod into my 4th floor apartment in less than 90 minutes. Both were courteous and friendly and handled my items with care and placed them as I asked. If you need help unloading a Pod, I would definitely recommend using this service.

Ogre Movers rating sounds a bit too simple. However, it is true. They are fast, professional helpers. When Ogre Movers were going to be a few minutes late, a courtesy call came our way letting us know. Uncertain of their skill, I saved the valuable antiques until the end. After watching them for an hour it could see they had the wisdom and experience, not just the muscle for the job. I have already recommended them to others. A good service.

Great job. Had all three persons names written down but lost the paper, they worked hard and carefully with all of my property. Hired them for three hours wound up needing them for four. They knew what they were doing moved about 20 or so pieces of heavy furniture from the second floor and packed two pods in four hours. If I ever move again I will hire them. If you are reading this and thinking of hiring OGRE MAN MOVERS do it.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We provide a follow up call after booking, we go over the job details with you, answer any questions you may have in preparation for your move and offer any additional advice on packing items and what's needed for a safe and speedy move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We provide a phone call when en route to your move and as soon as we get to your location we do a walk thru to see what's being moved. We then start to wrap and protect items if we are loading, and get them into your truck or Storage container as safely and timely as possible. If its an unload, we do a walk thru to see the lay out of your home and ask where you want your belongings and then unload and unwrap your items safely and speedy. In both cases feel free to ask us to re arrange any of your items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared to save time and money, everything should be packed and wrapped and ready for your move. However, we understand moving is quite overwhelming and can be a lot to deal with, in which case, were happy to come in and pack your entire household up, bring supplies such as boxes, tape, blankets, everything needed for a successful move. Then just sit back, put your feet up and let us take care of everything from start to finish.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have seen and done it all. We do everything from nationwide cross country moves, to office moves, residential home moves, white glove services for art and sculptures, to grand and upright pianos, vehicle and motorcycle deliveries, as well as animal delivery and everything single thing in between. There is not a single thing we haven't encountered and are prepared for everything we come across.

What training do you provide your crew members?
What makes us special is that we only hire experienced movers with a minimum of 5 years moving experience, the average is 7 to 10 years. What that means, is that very little training if any is needed, but provided when necessary to meet our standards for quality. Experience and knowledge is shared between movers on every job so our team continues to get stronger and more knowledgeable with every job. We look forward to turning your most stressful day into an enjoyable experience.
