I hired 2 movers for 2 hours to load my 1 bedroom apartment into an ABF/UPack moving trailer. My trailer was delivered earlier than expected. I called Richard and he was happy to come earlier than scheduled as his partner was having car troubles.
Richard was speedy! My boxes were out of the apartment and onto the truck in no time. He loaded almost everything himself in the two hour time frame. I was very impressed. His partner did arrive to help finish the last of the boxes.
I suppose I could have haggled over the 1 mover versus 2 for payment. But, honestly, Richard earned every penny. If I were staying in the area, I would absolutely use Richard Witherspoon to help me move again.

Helpful 5 provided two helpers to unload my 26' U-haul truck in 2.5 hours. Both men were extremely courteous and handled my household goods like their own. They also had tools and were prepared to disassemble (in the case of a table not fitting through a doorway) and assemble (beds, etc.) any items necessary. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

I hired this company to load and unload my storage pod and was very happy with nearly everything. The only blemish was the large scratch on my bed footboard which must have happened in transit. Herb Sosa was a pro about the whole thing and returned a few days after the move to try to buff out the scratch, which I felt was very good business. Booking these movers was easy and Alex returned my call promptly. The moving guys arrived even a bit early. They were polite and they worked steadily and carefully. The total cost was very reasonable and paying with a credit card online was simple. There really seemed to be no hidden costs. Be prepared, though, with a little extra cash because one of the guys might just ask for a tip since they did a good job. They *did* do a good job but it would be better if a tip could be included in the online cost. When you're packing boxes, you don't always have time to run by the ATM!

My Movers, Steve Russell and Robert aka Gorilla, were terrific, very accommodating and patient as I arrived at the move-in destination a tad late. They stayed overtime and moved heavy furniture around until I was satisfied with the location. This was not an easy job. They had to stop a couple of times, close up and move the truck due to trash trucks and residents coming in and out of the driveway. My grandfather was at the house as the movers were putting together some furniture and thought they were so great he is hiring them for a small move he will be doing this month. I have already recommended them to all my friends!

The two men showed up an hour late due to traffic. I was stuck in the same traffic just before they arrived, so that wasn't a problem really. Once they arrived, they got the job done in under 2 hours. I was moving into a building that had very limited parking and strictly controlled access, so it made the move a little difficult. They did an awesome job anyway! They took very good care of my things and I'm happy to report that nothing was damaged.

Hired Joel's to help son move out of off-campus housing at USC. They did a GREAT job! Very impressed with the customer service. The office called several times to confirm and to touch base. The movers called while enroute to say they were on their way. Arrived on time and finish hours earlier than expected. The movers knew exactly how to pack the POD, jumped in and made it happen quickly. I will use them again without reservation! Had I not had the confidence that the job would get done, I would have had to personally fly into LA to see that it happend. A relieved parent of a lazy USC student. Well we were 1/2 late and they were so understanding. They were fast, VERY VERY efficient - we have a 26' truck 6 queen beds, 1 king, pool table you name it - it fit because of them. Great team, polite, very helpful - would in a second recommend them - the best 3 hours paid - it would have been 6 plus we would have to had rented a trailer - speaks volumes for having the experts fill your truck!!! Thanks guys!!! PS - they loved my homemade cookies!
