I hired 2 men for 2 hours. Three men came to my house on time and ready to work. One of the gentlemen was there to supervise and make sure all my things were packed correctly in the truck and my storage unit. He also helped me take my bed apart. The men were friendly, and very hard working. They were prepared with the needed items and worked quickly. If I ever have a need for moving labor help again, I will surely hire I & O.

I & O Moving did a great job with my cross-town move! The movers showed up on time and were very kind and courteous. Gordon (the owner) helped me reserve the moving team on short notice, checked in with me throughout the moving day and was amazingly attentive. The team was even flexible enough to make an extra stop to pick up some furniture and boxes from my new roommate's place. They brought plenty of moving blankets and plastic wrap to help secure my belongings on the moving truck. I've hired movers many times and these guys were the best I've worked with. Would definitely recommend them to friends!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.

you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
