The crew from Unlimited Moving Services arrived on time. They were very polite, respectful and hard working. They did not damage any of the walls or flooring in moving the furniture out of the house. That being said, I feel there is room for improvement. Instead of working together to get some of my furniture out of the house, one person tried to dolly it out and down a step alone, one of my dressers fell off the dolly completely and ended up, thankfully, falling on the grass in my backyard (rather than the on the concrete patio he was wheeling it over). They did not cover the handtrucks with any kind of cushioning (furniture blanket) and some of my wood furniture incurred damage, also being wheeled out of the house. They removed the handles on my refrigerator (necessary) but when I offered a ziplock bag to put the parts in so that I could label them and put the bag into a parts box, I was told he was going to screw them back into the refrigerator. After they left and I was cleaning the kitchen, I found 5 screws on the counter and floor that went to my refrigerator. When they loaded the POD, they placed wood furniture in against the inside ribs (where you strap everything down) of the POD and when it was moved, even though they were covered in furniture pads, they received deep gouges from the ribs. Lastly, my stainless steel refrigerator handles were just thrown in, not wrapped in anything, and they worked their way in between some of the furniture pads and left deep scratches in my wood dresser. Perhaps more training, or simply more experience would be helpful. I am posting this in the hopes that it will help them make the appropriate improvements. They truly were a hard working and respectful crew.

The two young men who packed our pod were professional, efficient and worked very hard to take good care of all my property. They showed up right on time and with all the equipment necessary to load and were amazingly fast. I will definitely request them again.

Because of this company, we actually had to unload our pod and hire another company to re-load it(second company did awesome by the way). They were on their phones while working, taking their time for each piece, and I wish I had taken a picture of how they loaded our pod. Everything would have been destroyed.

The guys were super nice but had no tools. We ran into problems, they had to use mine, what I had. Paid for extra hour, wasn't super happy. Couldn't get one of bed frames apart, hope makes it ok.
