Rappport Relocations loaded three large 1800-PackRat containers for me. The team did an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend them. The crew was on time, very professional and did a great job insuring every inch of my PackRat containers were filled. They worked hard and were respectful of my property. ONE SCHEDULING ISSUE: I was advised when I confirmed the job that if I needed one or two additional hours outside of my reservation time to finish the job, it wouldn't be a problem. That was not the case as my crew was booked on a second job the same day so they weren't able to extend and it required a second trip. Outside of the scheduling issue, a great experience.

I am very disappointed, and wouldn't recommend. Had placed order in April and had confirmation for a June 30/July 1st move. On June 16, I get a late night email saying they have to change things and can only do a one day pack/move on the 1st, we give them the timeframes that would have to be done in and I call them the next morning to talk further. The next thing I know we get a cancellation for both days. I call the Kenny the president and all of a sudden they can't even do the one day move. Used injured people as the excuse but it sounds like they found a bigger job that pays more since at 11 PM they can do the one day move we call and extend the hours for that and all of a sudden they can't even accommodate the all in one day move. Doesn't sound like injuries are the real issues. A bigger job seems to be their concern. When we first met with him he bragged about never leaving out the little man, ethics etc and then pulls this.

Rapport Relocations were superb. They were on time, they protected our doorway exit before they started loading so the walls would be protected. They handled all of our property with kit gloves. They worked extremely hard and if you need someone with the skills to load a pod unit expertly, these are your guys. I was thoroughly impressed and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Andre is a great team leader. They worked very efficiently and were respectful of our belongings, carefully wrapping the furniture. Heavy rain required us to split the work into two days but they were able to arrange their schedule to accomplish everything.

Kenny and one of his staff were fabulous. They helped me organize my mess. They rearranged 2 PODS (that we had filled to the brim) into 3/4 of one POD and 1/4 in the other.
They were professional, pleasant and kept me informed of their arrival time which was right on. They immediately began working and while I thought I'd have to have them come back, they got everything done on time. They were careful and suggested I wrap some pieces which was a tremendous help.
I enjoyed having them assist me. I will definitely being calling upon them again soon.
