Chris and Darrell did a great job! I was unsure how to proceed, and not very well organized... had to clear out stuff from back room; some was trash; some was storage; some was keep. We then went and cleared out storage facility, moving across to another one and assimilating the stuff from my back room.. in 100 degree heat! whew! they were troopers!

The workers were amazing. In spite of the terrible heat the workers sent by Superior were just that, superior. Far better than rwo previous experiences with a firm that advertises itself as a professional moving company. They worked efficiently with careful treatment of our belongings and were done in almost half the time of the awful moving company. We will use them again and highly recommend them as well. Advice : do read the suggestions sent by firm & be prepared. Or helps everyone.

These guys were fantastic!! Both gentlemen were very quick, efficient and professional. I have had movers in the past who took their time to add another hour's fee, but these 2 were very mindful to stay within my 3 hour move time frame. They strategically loaded my uHaul very carefully so my belongings would be safe during transport. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future!!

I used Superior Service to load a U-haul for a long distance move. The helpers were courteous and on-time. While I hired and paid for 3 helpers for two hours only two helpers showed up but they were able to load the truck in under two hours which is what I needed to happen.

Helpers were running an hour and a half later than scheduled but called frequently to keep me updated on their arrival time. They arrived without the requested dollies and moving equipment, but once they arrived they did a fantastic job. They had a lot of work and they were very professional about it. Overall, a very good job!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
