I was happy with the service provided. The guys were friendly enough and careful with my items. They moved a little bit slowly, I thought, but I'd hire them again. The company called to verify the appointment and was here on time, so I appreciated that.

After a rocky start with some miscommunication, Steve and his crew (with two additional men) came to my house and did a fantastic job.
They worked so hard, were so professional and nice to work with I was happy for a second chance. They really did a great job.
Moving is difficult at best, but the day Steve and his crew came...it made it a lot easier.

They called ahead and requested to move the arrival time forward. I was not quite ready and they were understanding and came at the agreed upon time. There were many heavy items which required careful placement in a shipping POD. Steve and his helper did a great job. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

I was moving from an upstairs unit to downstairs. Christian and Mike showed up 1/2 hour early which was great since I underestimated the time it would take.
They listened to my concerns then started working right away. They were careful with my stuff. They were hilarious and really made a miserable move fun. And they didn't give me a hard time when I kept changing my mind about where I wanted things.
A few days later I noticed a panel on my platform bed was not put together correctly so I contacted Stephen Russell (owner). A few days later Ryan and Anthony showed up. I had no idea they were coming until they called. They also were great. It turns out the piece was completely busted and not put in correctly (hence the 4 stars). I was not happy but it was on the inside. It would have been another story if it was the outside piece. Anyway, bed was fixed and they moved a huge dresser for me.
I would use them again for the labor. But now about Stephen Russell. He gets 1 Star. He was impossible to get a hold of. I texted, emailed and called 2 numbers and was able to get a hold of him maybe once. The day before my move I called to confirm things and could barely hear him. I later found out he was out of town.
When I contacted him about the bed problem he cancelled on me twice and told me he would be in touch the next morning (twice) and never did. I had to hunt him down again. I have not heard from him since.
I understand he is working and can't drop everything but it shouldn't be impossible to get a hold of him. This is a service business and he needs to provide customer service as well as the service of moving.

They did the job in a timely manner, worked ahrd and were very respectful. We would definitey use them again!

They did an excellent job of very tightly packing the boxes and much of the furniture. We could not have packed the back of the containers more thoroughly. However, after they left we did have to disassemble a few items in near the doors of the containers to make additional room for our remaining items. The movers took care of all of the most important items (heaviest) that we especially needed help with and went above and beyond our expectations such that we were happy to pay for a few additional hours to save us a substantial amount of loading time.
To address the general concerns of most potential customers:
They were on time (something I've rarely seen in laborers)
They were mostly (forgot some tape) prepared for the job
They worked very hard
They were respectful of our property, and we would use them again

This company was amazing!! After the company that I originally hired failed to show up, Tri County arrived to my rescue on a moments notice. These men were hardworking and dependable, working continuously for 8 hours!! My entire 3600 sq ft home was packed up and moved in one day!! Great care was taken with all of my items and the fast pace all three me worked at was admirable!! I would use this company again in a heartbeat and would reccomend to anyone in need of assistance moving!!

Steve and Tony arrived on time with the right equipment. They moved furniture, took furniture apart and rebuilt it, and did not scratch, break, chip, or tear any part of the furniture or the wood and tile floors or the walls. They were incredibly hard-working and very polite and careful. I would use them again without any hesitation. Great job! Thanks!
