The crew was professional, courteous, efficient and fast. Everything went smoothly. HireAHelper needs to screen better; find out what ins. needs are required and know which of their companies can handle it without highway robbery. Have never heard of an ins. co. charging for a Certificate of Ins. Mine doesn't. It was a nerve-wracking day, waiting for COI to be faxed. It arrived 5 min. ahead of the movers. I could barely keep track of things.…read more These guys even kept me straight! They knew what I wanted done and when I reminded them of certain things, they had already done it! I underestimated the time for my job and felt bad but I got no complaints from them. Their attitudes were, "We're here to do a job and work no matter how long it takes." Even their home base and customer service were great letting me know when they were a half hour a way. Big difference from the previous company I hired that didn't even show up the scheduled day, didn't keep me informed, they were more worried about their plans for that night than my furniture, dropped one of my boxes out of the truck and broke a sentimental item, they slid a piece of furniture across another and made a big scratch mark on it, I asked for certain items put aside and when I asked where they were, they had stored them all the way in the back of the unit and I couldn't get to them or I had the top of an item but not the bottom and they had no idea where it was. Very frustrating. Max & Stan were totally the opposite and totally put me at ease. I would highly recommend these guys for your moving needs! "Don't bother with the rest, these guys are the best!"
