I was slightly disappointed with the service. First of all, the men barely said 2 words to me the entire time they were here, did not confirm the order or even say hello when they arrived. Went straight to "where's the job?". This was after the job was pushed back hours from my reserved time slot. They seemed like they just wanted to get all my stuff moved in as quick as possible so they could go home. I gave them pretty simple instructions: bedroom furniture in master, living room furniture in living room, all boxes in the spare room. Now that I'm unpacking, I'm finding furniture in the boxes room that I now have to relocate myself. They were not very cautious of my walls or floors. Will not use again.

As a mover providing people with assurance is a good aspect of what we do. Taking care of their personal belongings and doing it well give the client and myself true satisfaction.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Safety first! There is a lot of skill involved in moving furniture. My crew is trained to maneuver well around corners and downstairs. They are trained to call out their movements to each other and to move in unison. We train to check furniture with storage to make sure shelves are not floating and to make sure items inside are not broken. We train how to properly wrap and protect furniture and items. Usually when clients see us work our experience and training speaks for itself.
