They arrived 2 hours late, but they did call beforehand to make sure it was alright. They arrived with a truck and trailer instead of a box truck. When I spoke to them to confirm the appointment, he mentioned they would bring a truck and trailer, but I didn't realize it was a pickup. I informed them about the stairs and the lack of an elevator. However, when they arrived, they only brought one dolly, and it wasn't even one they could use to take things upstairs. So, it took 3 hours longer than planned. The last movers I had were able to deal with moving from a 3 story to a 3 story with no elevator and 2 workers and were able to complete it in 3 hours.

Jose and his team were a God send! They were punctual, professional, and very friendly. I don't know how I would have moved without their help. They had all the proper material to keep my furniture intact and scratch free and they kept up the pace so there was no downtime.
