I used H2T Movers a few weeks ago and liked the service overall. They were on time and very professional. They were prepared for the job, worked very hard, and only took very short breaks. I had planned for a 3-4 hour move which ended up being a 5-6 hour move. There were only 2 issues that I had which stopped them from getting 5 stars. Again, i think they did a fairly good job but I want to be complete in my assessment.
Main infraction - one of the guys pressured me to submit the payment before they left. He told me that his company requires them to get the payment released right as they finish the job and he even tried to call it in from his cell phone! He also asked me to submit my review while they were standing in my home!! I was completely floored as the whole point of Hire A Helper is to use the service and submit your review AFTER they have left without any pressure. I also felt pressured to release the payment right then and there, even though I was going to definitely pay them for their service. I think this is one of the flaws of the system. It doesnt work well if the movers can force me to write good reviews and press the green light for payment because they are standing in my living room.
Second Infraction - They broke an hour glass which was packed in a suitcase between soft clothing and sheets. The guy struck every step as he carried the suitcase up the stairs which is probably why something that was packed well ended up broken.
Overall, I would use them again as the guys were funny, worked well together, and made the move enjoyable.

Although the gentlemen who helped me load my storage container were relatively on time, extremely friendly, polite, and hardworking, I arrived in my new location and discovered that the container which they told me would not fit all of my belongings had TONS of empty space. I am extremely frustrated because I had to donate a significant amount on furniture "on the fly" the day I moved, and looking at the container, I should not have had to donate ANY of it. It would have all fit. Very disappointing and a huge financial stress to me.

They were a little late, however, they called to let me know. Once they arrived, they worked efficiently and packed our truck tightly and safely. Did a nice job moving our pretty large washer and dryer. They were friendly and professional.

Here to There movers were fantastic! I called with a same day request, about 8 hrs notice. Not ideal for me or them. But, they came through for me. They were punctual, courteous, careful and focused on the task. I would use them again if needed. Thanks for the rescue!
